This system is integrated with financial accounting system. All the customers and receipts are directly transferred into financial accounting system and Cheque dishonored information is updated from FA system to SAS.
Property Maintenance & Billing System (PMBS)
The Property Maintenance & Billing System (PMBS) is feature-rich; database application software catering to organizations whose business involves maintenance of Real Estate Assets for residential or commercial uses. E.g. flats, offices, showrooms, shops and warehouses. The System take care of generating Bills, Regenerating Bills, Deleting Bills and other maintenance related transactions. It is totally parameterized system, which helps the user to mange the requirement changes easily. The system also takes care of Separate Billing for Water, Electricity, DG Supply and Cable TV.
This system is also integrated with financial accounting system. All the customers and receipts are directly transferred into financial accounting system and Cheque dishonored information is updated from FA system to PMBS.
Financial Accounting System (FAS)
The Financial Accounting System is a comprehensive project based accounting system for generating vouchers of all sorts like Receipts/Payment /Journal Vouchers/Pay-In-slips/Branch-Transfers, preparing Trial Balance, ledgers and balance sheet etc. The architecture of the FA System is based upon a sound design principal viz. “Making the core of the system independent of the Account Code and its structure”.
The system takes care of Generating & Print TDS Certificate, Soft Copy of TDS Return (eTDS file), Session based Bank Reconciliation, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement.
Property Lease & Renting System. (PLRS)
The PLRS system has been built keeping in mind the various book keeping requirements of businesses, which let real estate properties on lease and involves in periodic RENT-DUE generation as per the lease agreement with the customer.
The Property Lease and Renting System (PLRS) is Client Server application software catering to organizations whose business involves Lease out Real Estate Assets for residential or commercial uses. e.g. flats, offices, Plots, showrooms, shops and warehouses and Generate Rent Automatically as per the Lease Agreement.
The System takes care of Lease of Property, Generating Rent, Weekly Promotions, and Calculation of Interest etc. The System also generates various Reports like Daily Collection Report, Ageing Wise Customer Outstanding, Statement of Property Rental, Monthly Rent Report, Rent Register, Lease Detail, Party Ledger Summary, and System also allow to generate View and Print Reminders to those customer who didn’t Pay their Dues and also Print Receipt to those customer who paid their dues.
The Payroll System is feature-rich; Client Server application software catering to Employee’s Personal Information as well as Salary related Information and based on that Generate Monthly Salary Automatically as per the Employees Information after adjusting all deduction and Allowances System also take care of managing their TDS related information and Form -16.The System takes care of Generating Salary, Salary Slip and Pay In Slip. The System also generates various Reports like Bank List, GPF Information, and P.F. Schedule.
The Payroll System is designed for employee’s salary management and payable income tax including the investment details under the head income from salary.
This system is totally parameterized system, which helps the user to manage changes, tax rules and company policies easily.
This system is also integrated with financial accounting system. Payment vouchers and journal vouchers are directly created into financial accounting system.
Purchase & Material Management System (PMMS)
Purchase & Material management systems is client server technology based inventory management system, which allows data entry for Material Receipts and Issues, As for a construction site it is an important and complex job which is bound by many governing factors such as different types of materials with different units, re-order level, Material Receipts, Issues, Purchase order. It also stores the information of all the indent received from the actual construction site and Purchase Order placed from Head Office. The system also allows the data entry for the various quotations received from the suppliers and gives the Comparative Analysis Report. This system also generates various reports catering to different needs of all management levels like Rate Register, Pending Payment List, Indent Item Status and Indent Tracking Report (I.S.O. Report) e.t.c.
PMMS is a feature rich inventory system, which provides security feature at multiple levels e.g. system Administrators can define access rights for users and they can also specify the type of access viz. None, Read Only and Read-Write. Apart from these rights Authorize/Process of can also be given. The system also validates the user name and password while opening the PMMS, thus allowing access to only authorized users.
This system is also integrated with Financial Accounting System. All the Vendors, Contractors, Pay Orders and Journal Vouchers for Material Receipts are transferred into Financial Accounting System and Cheque Details are updated from FA system to PMMS.
